This 1700 square foot space (large room, also small room is 500 square foot) comes complete with 2 rooms, hard wood floors, wall lined mirrors for yoga or dance ( or curtains covering them if requested), 2 bathrooms, a coat check area supporting up to 200 jackets. Fridge, and microwave also included. This space can accomidate up to 125 people sitting and 225 people standing. Also the 3rd floor conference room & lounge has the option to also be rented at the same time to create a larger event space. Excellent for larger events, multi-room conferences, and expo’s. The price varies on the amount of people you are expecting, hours of operation (venue is available from 7:30am-7am) and other various factors.
