For Rent: Rooms, Space, & Studios For Rent
Massage & Therapy Room:
$13 per hour/ $65 per day
We have 1 large massage area available for rent. This includes a comfortable room with 1 massage table, seating, small stereo for ambiance, and coffee table. Also there is enough space for a matt if you perform your massage therapy without a table. Tea or coffee for your guests will be provided! The space is also has access to a shower. The massage room is available during, before, and after studio hours.
Hair Salon Chair Rental:
$30 day
$125 week
$450 month
Hair or make-up chair in a creative, fun, friendly, bilingual, and multicultural environment. Includes station, hydrolic chair, use of hair sinks, full back bar, and full color line available and for sale as needed. Onsite salon for photo shoots in the photo Studio!
Medium Studio Space:
$20 per hour 7:30am – 9pm
Additional rates apply after 9pm.
Wall lined mirrors, hardwood floors. Located on the second floor. Excellent for smaller classes or private classes or functions. This cozy room can accommodate up to 15 people comfortably and offers lots of natural light!
Conference Room & Lounge Studio:
$25 hr 7:30am – 9pm
Additional rates apply after 9pm. THE ABOVE RATES ARE FOR CLASSES. CONFERENCE AND EVENT RATES ARE ADDITIONAL.
This space seats up to 25 people comfortably, or 40 people standing in our lounge type setting. The space is currently fully decorated but can be re-decorated according to your event as needed. The space has hardwood floors, lots of natural light and seating for 20. More seating is available to use for an additional $2 per chair. Tables are also available for $7 each. Also music equipment, clean up, visual artists, a variety of musicians can be provided for an additional cost.
The XL Venue and Studio Space:
$35 hr 7:30 am – 9pm
Additional rates apply after 9pm. THE ABOVE RATES ARE FOR CLASSES. CONFERENCE AND EVENT RATES ARE ADDITIONAL.
Excellent for larger events, receptions, conferences, expo’s, yoga, dance studio, art studio, photo studio and more! This versatile space, 1700 square foot in size comes complete with 14 foot ceilings, hard wood floors, wall lined mirrors for yoga or dance, 2 bathrooms, small bar area also included. This space can accommodate up to 125 people sitting and 200 people standing. Also the 3rd floor conference room & lounge has the option to also be rented at the same time to create a larger event space. The price for after daytime hours rental varies on the amount of people you are expecting, hours of operation, and other various factors.
HEALING & COMMUNITY SPACE:
We regularly offer creative and spiritual workshops. At Studio Sundari, we encourage a spirit of healing and community. To this end, we also offer spaces for rent and use, capable of accommodating from 5 to 200 people.
